Rose brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the GovTech software industry, helping local governments leverage technology to better engage and serve their communities. Throughout his career, he has held executive leadership roles, including President of Virtual Towns & Schools and Vice President & General Manager at CivicPlus, where he worked with municipalities serving populations ranging from fewer than 400 residents to more than 4 million.
His appointment comes as ThirdSpace continues expanding its platform, which helps individuals discover local Happenings, join Communities, create events, and build meaningful in-person relationships. Rose's deep understanding of civic engagement and community-building aligns closely with ThirdSpace's mission of bringing people together beyond the screen.
